An “activation” style of Massage Therapy can be provided for athletes 24 hours up until 30 minutes prior to their event. Activating key muscle groups just before an event or a high intensity training day can assist an athlete to perform at optimal levels. This type of treatment can be done in-clinic, the day before competition, or if the venue allows for Therapists to set up at their event, this treatment can be done on-site, close to competition time, for maximum efficacy. Treatment durations range from 15 to 60minutes, depending on how soon the athlete needs to compete.
We can keep you at the ready during your sporting event. Similar to the "Activation" Massage, invigorating sport massage techniques are used to assist you in staying warm and ready to go inbetween sets/games, inbetween heats, or even after you finish the front nine. Techniques are similar, if not the same as pre-event Massage, and treatment durations can range inbetwee 1 - 15minutes. The purpose is to assist the athlete in staying game ready.

The timing and environment of these Massage treatments are typically what athletes are accustomed to. Treatment durations range from 30-minutes to 60 or 90-minute sessions depending on the number of ares the athlete needs addressed and level of discomfort/pain/injury.
